Desk43 provides the following services:

Student Services include online tutoring, test prep, writing tutorials and reviews for students in Grades 6 - 12 as well as undergraduate and graduate students.

Educator Services include course design, curriculum development, instructional planning, assessment writing, and lesson plan content creation for K-12 teachers, schools systems, and learning agencies.

Academic Services include research and article writing as well as other writing and editing services in addition to educator services for scholars and researchers.

Industry Services include publication design, content creation, and other writing and editing services for both individuals and companies.

Private Services include job coaching and resume reviews in addition to other writing and editing services for adult professionals.

Public Services include peer support services for crisis intervention in addiction and trauma recovery as well as community health resources for those who are members of the LGBTQ community, those who are justice-involved, and those who have been diagnosed with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

Services are delivered online through synchronous and asynchronous platforms. Desk43 primarily works with clients using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.

Cost naturally depends on the nature of the service provided. A standard essay review costs $25, and a standard tutoring session costs $45 per hour. Services involving major products, such as course designs, vary in price, depending on the project’s requirements and deadlines. Desk43 works with clients of all means—if a client needs a service, Desk43 will work with the client to provide that service. Profit is not Desk43’s primary motivation; service for the benefit of others is.

Desk43 is open Monday thru Sunday for both synchronous and asynchronous services. For synchronous services, clients can request or schedule appointments between the following times:

Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Friday - Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Sunday 1:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

When not hosting a scheduled appointment, Desk43 operates “open office hours” to receive inquiries, provide customer service, and fulfill contract orders.

Please note, though scheduling an appointment in advance is preferrred, “drop-ins” are avialable if time, resources, and other factors allow. Always call or email beforehand to confirm availability.

If time, resources, and other factors allow, Desk43 does accommodate in-person, on-site services for clients who are local to the approximate area and request such services.
